Obama’s Silence on New Black Panther’s Bounty is Deafening

April 1, 2012

President Obama’s silence regarding the New Black Panther Party’s $10,000 bounty on the head of George Zimmerman is deafening. (If you don’t know who George Zimmerman is you need to go back to your little rubber room before you hurt yourself.)

This WESH 2 News clip posted by richardhornsby.com gives an overview of just how bad the situation has become in south Florida.

The man speaking at the rally was New Black Panther Party member Mikhail Muhammad and his words and call for vigilantism are exactly why we still have race problems in this country. With a**holes like this running around the country spewing out their blame and hate it’s no wonder resentment lingers within all. A sample:

“We’re gonna force our government to do their job properly, and if they don’t, we will

It is a very troubling time in the United States of America, when the era of our so called post racial harmony with all people but black people are being murdered all over America and we get the same treatment time and time again. So we’re saying to President Obama, you gotta do your job on this one buddy. We don’t need a beer, we don’t need to laugh and have a good time, our children are dying and so White America, we have given you 400 years to get it right and you still have failed black people. We’re not even citizens in this country, we’re still third class citizens

The Corner doesn’t know what’s worse, the bounty, the threat that if the “government” doesn’t do something, “they” will, or the fact that in 2012 there are still those within the American African-American community that for their own personal gain stir the masses into blaming others rather than honestly looking at the past fifty years and seeing the devolution of the black family and society at the hands of so many of their very own.

While the President was surprisingly “Presidential” in his impromptu remarks nine days ago regarding the death of Trayvon Martin it seems now that sadly his thoughtful message was but more of the same. The same President who just can’t help interjecting himself into one issue after another.

From the very personal “this is a tragedy”…….”I think about my own kids”…..to “If I had a son he’d look like Trayvon”………to the thinly veiled swipe at the NRA, right to carry laws, and a little hint at racism….”I think all of us have to do some soul searching to figure out how does something like this happen. And that means that examine the laws and the context for what happened, as well as the specifics of the incident.” this President just can’t seem to grasp the fact that the Presidency of the United States is not just another chapter office for Community Organizers of America.

If you’re one of the dwainbwains who only gets the “news” from the morning fluff and the minion media you have heard nothing but a one sided, lynch mob mentality, conviction of Zimmerman without an ounce of thought into what used to be a treasured right in this country: “innocent until proven guilty.”

George Zimmerman may well yet be found guilty in a court of law for the death of Trayvon Martin. The Corner takes no stance on whether he should or should not be.  The case is still open, the facts are not all publicly known, and to take a stance now would be to devolve to the level of the mobs now crying for “justice”.

Cop out you say? Racist you say?

Absolutely not, I say.

While the death of Trayvon Martin is a terrible, terrible tragedy, the antics of Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and the New Black Panther Party are worse. You could power the planet for centuries if you could bottle the hate and incitement to violence this bunch and their ilk has fostered over the years. Hell, the “good reverend” Al couldn’t even let his own mother rest in peace when he used her death just hours earlier to promote himself at one of his “rallies”.

And the far left and its minion media are no better:

Karen Finney spewed forth her blame against Republicans, conservative radio, the NRA, and the Koch brothers for crying out loud.

Spike Lee tweeted publicly what he thought was George Zimmerman’s address only to send people responding to his hate to the wrong address of an elderly retired couple that had to abandon their own home because of his incompetence.

Roseanne Barr did something similar but I’m not wasting time on the specifics. The name alone should tell you all you need to know.

Bobby Rush (D, IL) a former Black Panther himself took the floor of the United States House of Representative in a hoody no less to rant and rave about the “injustice” done to Trayvon and the seeming epidemic of “walking while black”. All the while never once mentioning the fact that in his home town of Chicago, the very city who’s south side neighborhoods he represents there were 49 shootings just over the St. Patrick’s day weekend alone.

There is not enough ink in the world to continue to list the hypocrisy, hate and race baiting that has transpired in these past two weeks since the Trayvon Martin case was picked up as the latest “cause celebrity” of the professional left and the race baiters.

The sad truth that the minion media will not report and the professional left never gets outraged about is that the overwhelming majority of shooting deaths to blacks in America today are not from whites, (or even “white” Hispanics as the New York Times is calling Zimmeran.) but the result of black on black crime.

As former NAACP leader Rev. C.L. Bryant recently told the Daily Caller:

“His family should be outraged at the fact that they’re using this child as the bait to inflame racial passions,”……………“The epidemic is truly black on black crime,” Bryant said. “The greatest danger to the lives of young black men are young black men.”

And as only a black man could say it without having Sharpton and Jackson call for his own lynching in the press he called them what they are:

“race hustlers” and “acting as though they are buzzards circling the carcass of this young boy.”

The Corner couldn’t have said it better. (But then considering your humble correspondent is of the lighter skinned variety of the human race, had I spoke such truth to the slime the story would immediately be about the Corner being nothing but a “racist, vile, hate spewing……….” , you get the point.)

The tragic death of Trayvon Martin deserves nothing less than all the facts and circumstances be investigated thoroughly and professionally within the legal system, both state and federal.

The “other” tragedy not being reported is that of a President of the United States not out front and center denouncing illegal bounties and the call for “justice” by self-appointed “leaders” and media hypes who have assumed the role of judge, jury and executioner.

The type of behavior we’re seeing in the Martin case is right out of Community Organizing 101, and Barrack Obama is the King of community organizing.

But if you’re surprised at Obama’s silence regarding the New Black Panther party you shouldn’t be.

It was candidate Obama who appeared at a rally with them in 2008, let them have a page on his campaign website until it became a political liability, and it was Obama’s justice department who dropped the voter intimidation case against the New Black Panthers in Philadelphia.

The silence of the President on illegal bounties and professional agitators fanning the flames of hate and violence may be deafening, but it is certainly not to be expected. His own history, his own words, his own actions show he identifies far more with the agitators than the rule of law.

He is what he is, and he is an embarrassment to the country and a disgrace to the office.

Obama 2012: Kick him out or kiss it goodbye.
