Why Does Obama Want America To Fail?

April 26, 2012

Why does Barack Obama, a sitting President of the United States of America seem so hell bent on wanting America to fail?  That is a far more pertinent question to pose for November, 2012 then his childish “but Romney’s rich and out of touch” pile of campaign bovine excrement.

Today is national take your son/daughter/niece/nephew/neighbor’s bratty snot/pet whatever” to work day. No matter what your profession, the Corner suggests that the best piece of mentoring you could do today is not show dear little one the intricacies of your own piece of the American workforce but instead have them watch the video to the left.

FreeMarketAmerica, a project of Americans for Limited Government has laid Obama’s and the radical left’s agenda and purpose in a way that even the most severe dwainbwain can see.

Remember when Rush Limbaugh had hell itself rained down upon him three years ago for saying that he hoped Obama “failed”? We could only have been so lucky.

Well take a real, objective look at the past 3 ½ years and look what Dear Leader and his team have put upon this country.

Between the debt, the explosion of the federal government, suing states just trying to enforce their own borders, imposing EPA regulations that will kill whole industries, attempting to take over the healthcare sector, embracing the Muslim brotherhood while shunning the Dalai Lama and Israel, stonewalling American viable energy production while pouring billions at political “green” projects and on, and on, and on, is there ANY doubt that Obama is doing EXACTLY what is described in the video?

Obama has and will continue to implement the far left policies that have but only one end: FAILURE.

I don’t care how busy you are today or how little time you have. Take 4 minutes and 39 seconds and watch the damn video. If you won’t do it for you, do it for the little one you brought to work today.

I just read an artical exposing an EPA Administrator’s speech to his employees from 2010. In that speech the man said his policy was to “crucify” Big Oil. His examples was Roman occupation of recently conquered areas wherein the troop would go in a simply pick people off the street and crucify them, literally, just to imposee control over the population.

Go forth and “crucify” oil companies to set examples was his call. Make outragous charges to insprie media reports then let the case languish for years in court and ultimately withdraw them for lack of evidence. That will set an example to the power of the EPA would be akin to Roman troops occupying new lands.

In doing so of course we make relatively cheap energy expensive, thus promoting expensive engery to seem cheap.

It all sort of fits together, does it not?

Read the same article. And yes, it all fits together. Far too easily in my opinion.
How in the world did we become a nation populated with so many idiots that this kind of crap is even thought about, let alone implemented with impunity.
I’ve been warning of this type of behavior for years and more importantly the increase of it that would come with the election of Obama.
But between years of the media hate onslaught against Bush, the timing of the financial “crisis”, and the chance for America to finally go “post racial” with a “clean, articulate” black man (I guess 1/2 of one is better than none?) the election of 2008 was a perfect storm for the left.
Usually one feels satisfaction when proven right, all I feel at this point is deep, deep sorrow for the country.
There’s a reason the left goes berserk fighting against school vouchers. Without control of the public schools they can’t turn out the indoctrinated idiots who give them their power.
My phrase “Obama 2012: Kick him out or Kiss it goodbye” is showing itself more prophetic with each passing day eh?

Well, I don’t have the time or the means to make a pretty video. But I do think it’s important for your readers to read “between the lines,” as it were, regarding the comments made in the video above. To that end, here is my response to FreeMarketAmerica’s “If I Wanted America to Fail.”

So, if I wanted America to fail:

I would require each member of Congress to sign a pledge to never raise taxes under any circumstances and thereby ignore their oath of office.

I would make sure the really big businesses would get all the tax breaks they want.

I would let major industries write the legislation they need to protect their interests.

I would reduce or eliminate enforcement of environmental laws so that industries can save costs and thereby better compete and pay higher dividends to their stockholders.

I would make sure investors are made superior to laborers and that corporate executives are not charged with any wrongdoing with respect to their customers, stockholders, creditors, suppliers, or government regulatory agencies.

I would make sure the military industrial complex flourishes by having manufacturers of military goods operate in every state in the union, by having more than 900 military bases in over 130 countries, by having Congress override any negative recommendations of the armed services, by allowing cost overruns to occur without penalties, and by using no-bid contracts.

I would load up talk radio with people like Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, and Michael Savage to use hate-mongering, fear-mongering, misinformation, and outright lies against liberals.

I would establish a cable news show to operates the same as conservative talk radio.

I would require primary and secondary school students to study only for certain tests and restrict learning only to the questions that might be on said tests.

I would re-write history textbooks so that they include only those parts of history and certain historical figures that agree with the consensus of state school boards.

I would re-write science textbooks so that they explain evolution as an “unproven theory” but promote the teaching of intelligent design and even Creationism, (but only of the Christian faith.)

I would encourage all citizens to buy guns in any number and of any type so they can defend themselves when the government comes to their homes to take the guns away.

I would means-test all persons seeking medical services to make sure they have health insurance in the right amount and/or have other assets that could be used to pay for their or their family member’s health care, and refuse such care to those who fail to demonstrate adequate financial resources.

I would honor only those international treaties that I like and ignore those I don’t.

I would allow the invasion of countries whose leaders appear to be cruel dictators, which have mineral interests that might be needed by the U.S., and which are rumored to have weapons of mass destruction.

I would allow the president to make wire taps, to read e-mail messages, to review bank accounts, to capture and hold for an indefinite period, and to torture and/or to kill any American citizen; all without warrants or due process.

This is a partial list of course. But it may be a good start.

When did you allow dwainbwain to use your moniker?

Fair and balanced, my friend. Fair and balanced.

Let’s not forget to take away our citizens second amendment right to protect themselves followed by their first ammendment rights to free speech, to assemble, and to practice the religion of your own choice… but not the right to protest quite yet. Most never protest but it has been a very affective tool for the few(special interests) thus far.
